The annual gathering for families on Elon's campus will kick off October 23, 2020.
Thanks to Elon families who reached out with feedback about the planned dates for Family Weekend 2020. We have an unusually complicated fall schedule this year, including the academic calendar, fall break, religious holidays and football.
In our best effort to support multiple factors, we have determined Family Weekend 2020 will be held on October 23-25. It will be a great late-fall atmosphere that combines gameday activities with the opportunity to hear an update from President Connie Ledoux Book, meet with faculty members and enjoy other fun events, such as performances by Elon’s great a cappella groups. A full schedule of events will be published this summer on the Family Weekend website.
We understand that some families have already made travel arrangements, so we have been in contact with local hotels to advise them of this change and asked them to accommodate changes in reservations. Please contact your hotel first to check on moving your dates.
