In its continued effort to support our Elon University employees and families, the Office of Human Resources would like to remind everyone about the virtual resources available through our Employee Assistance Program managed by GuidanceResources. With one click, you have 24/7 access to the Coronavirus U.S. Digital Toolkit that contains:

·      webinars on dealing with uncertainty and working remotely,

·      lists for links to various public health and safety resources from across the globe

·      materials on how to keep emotions in check; managing stress and anxiety

·      FAQs regarding government and consumer issues such as “ How do I get a refund if I had to cancel a scheduled trip due to the Corona virus”?

Not sure of available resources for assisting with new stressors due to working remotely, consider using Telehealth as a flexible solution for a healthier you. As an alternative to traditional face to face counseling, Elon employees and their family members can take advantage of:

·      On-line chat

·      Other on-line tools
