The journal’s list recognizes young professionals who are making a mark on the Charlotte, N.C. region.
Tim Taylor ’07 has been named one of Charlotte Business Journal’s “40 Under 40” for 2020.
In its 27th year, the Charlotte Business Journal annual awards program recognizes 40 professionals under the age of 40 in the Charlotte, N.C. region for their contributions in their communities, career achievements and leadership.
The journal celebrated the honorees in a virtual ceremony on Oct. 8.
Taylor is a senior program manager at CBRE. In his honoree profile, he said his greatest business accomplishment of the past year was collaborating “with Charlotte-based CBRE leaders and networking groups to coordinate a diversity and inclusion event branded as #IncludeMeCBRE to have candid conversations to identify how CBRE can be as inclusive as possible.”
Taylor graduated from Elon in 2007 with a degree in business administration. He earned a master’s degree in sustainability and environmental management from Harvard University in 2013.
