Black Innovation Matters event on April 13 to focus on ‘Black Wall Street’

The virtual event will include discussions about honoring the past while amplifying the future.

Members of the Elon community are invited to participate in the 4th Annual Black Innovation Matters event to be held virtually at 7 p.m. on April 13.

The conference will feature discussions about “Black Wall Street” and how to honor the past while amplifying the future. Speakers include:

  • Shante’ Williams — capital activist, impact investor, author and fintech founder
  • Jay Jones — entrepreneur, author and founder of the “Black Entrepreneur Blueprint” podcast
  • Xavier Bryant ’20 — Elon alumnus and cuXtom kiX founder.
