A series of movies with the theme of road trips will be shown at Turner Theatre throughout the summer for the university community.
With the theme of summer adventures, the 2022 Summer Movie Series will start rolling on Thursday, June 9, at Turner Theatre and continue throughout the month.
The free movie series is sponsored by the President’s Office and all showings are open to the public. More information about each film as well as showtimes can be found on the Turner Theatre website.
The lineup of movies this summer are:
- Thursday, June 9: “Thelma & Louise” (R)
- Wednesday, June 15: “Cars” (G)
- Thursday, June 16: “A League of Their Own” (PG)
- Thursday, June 23: “Stand By Me” (R)
- Thursday, June 30: “The Addams Family 2” (PG)
There will be free snacks available at each showing and guests are welcome to bring their own non-alcoholic beverages. Doors open 30 minutes prior to show time and seating is first come, first served.
