For the first time, the CAA recognized student-athletes for three levels of distinction - High Honors with Distinction, High Honors and Honors.
The Coastal Athletic Association this week announced the CAA Commissioner’s Academic Honor Roll for the 2023 fall semester. Elon had 314 student-athletes recognized across three levels of recognition.
For the first time, the CAA honored student-athletes for three levels of distinction. Those with a 4.0 grade point average were recognized as High Honors with Distinction. Student-athletes with a GPA between 3.7 and 4.0 are recognized as High Honors. Those with a GPA between 3.0 and 3.7 are recognized as Honors. In total, Elon had 46 student-athletes recognized as High Honors with distinction, 83 with High Honors, and 185 with Honors.
Student‐athletes on the Commissioner’s Academic Honor Roll must have participated in a CAA‐sponsored sport, attained a minimum grade point average of 3.0 during the designated academic term and been enrolled as a full‐time student.
