New Grads Welcome! A new graduate will shadow and have a Preceptor for 4 weeks in acute care and inpatient rehab until they work up to full production. Flexible timeframe.   • $46-$70/hour – plus, Merit Increase up to 3% each year, and we also have our clinical ladder program which can increase pay by an additional 3% on top of the merit increase
