Jewish Life at Elon welcomed the incoming class of 2030 with a shabbat dinner and Jewish activity fair. Rabbi Maor Greene delivered a teaching on how the Jewish community at Elon supports one another. Representatives from Hillel, Chabad, AEPi, AEPhi and Hebrew Club also attended the event.

Surrounded by family members, faculty and staff Under the Oaks, members of the Class of 2030 and new transfer students heard messages about resilience, community and the responsibility that comes with an Elon education.

The presentation demonstrated how the study of literature can contribute to wellness education while strengthening critical thinking and enhancing students’ analytical, cultural, and interpersonal skills.

The School of Communications faculty member explored how conversational styles can influence the way people communicate with AI and how they evaluate the responses they receive.
