Hey! My name is Brandon Talton, and I’m an MSBA student and member of Elon’s University Advancement. Recently, my roommate accepted a position in Louisiana (woohoo!), and so I’m looking for a male grad student or incoming staff member that’s in search of an apartment for the academic year.
Our lease is with Retreat at the Park, a fantastic complex that’s a 5-minute drive away from campus. It’s right across from a park, shopping district and almost everything that you’d need in Burlington. I’ve had nothing but good experiences here, and it’s a place where a handful of other grad students/staff members have lived at over the past few years.
Rent, utilities and energy is about $825 a month per person (I say relatively because of the energy; the rent and utilities is $775 a month per person). I’ve also gone ahead and attached the floor plan to the bottom of this post; we’re on the third floor with a porch that overlooks an acre of brush/woods.
