My roommate and I are going abroad fall 2026 and need two girls to sublet our rooms from July to December 2026.
Details:
- Evellien Townhomes (on Lawrence St. directly across from Dan entrance). It is very spacious and has a full kitchen large living room and laundry.
- You would be paying rent from July to December
- Both available rooms are upstairs and you will have to share a bathroom (our other roommate is staying year-round, and she will have her own bathroom upstairs as well)
- We will have a cat which you don’t have to take care of, but you have to be ok with it being in common spaces
