Community invited to Elon’s first “Discovering Dyslexia” program — Dec. 10

The first Discovering Dyslexia Session will be held Wednesday, Dec. 10, at 6 p.m. in Johnston Hall on Elon University’s campus.

As administrators and faculty prepares to open the Roberts Academy at Elon University, a transitional school serving students with dyslexia in grades 3-4 in a temporary location starting in Fall 2026 (and expanding to grades 1-6 with the opening of a state-of-the-art facility in Fall 2028), leaders of the academy will provide knowledge about dyslexia, interview a parent of a child with dyslexia, and provide information about the Roberts Academy.
