I am going abroad in 2026 (January to May and looking for someone to sublet my room in an off-campus house! You’ll have your own bedroom and bathroom. It’s a 3-minute drive to IQ with two male housemates. Rent is $500/month + anywhere between $100-$150 in utilities (gas, electric, water, wifi). It is not a party house.
