Hi everyone — I’m looking for someone to take over my lease ASAP. I’m transferring schools and won’t be staying here next semester. The apartment is at University Point, and you’d be living with one other roommate (female, clean, respectful, easygoing).
The room is private with your own bathroom, and the complex includes great amenities like parking, a kitchen and in-unit laundry. It’s already mostly furnished (may need a bed).
