Hi! My name is Monika, my roommate and I are looking to find someone to fill a room we will have vacant (as of now) for next year at Partner’s Place.
It’s a nicely sized room with tons of natural sunlight and you’ll have your own bathroom! You’ll be living in a neighborhood that has a ton of other Elon University students that is a 2-5 minute drive to campus. The neighborhood is safe and the Elon Express always drives to it.
The apartment also has a ton of amazing amenities, like:
- in-unit washer and dryer
- all utilities (expect for WIFI) included in the rent
- newly replaced refrigerator and AC unit
- free parking
- sunroom with plenty of light
- easily accessible management/landlord (truly the easiest to work with)
My roommate and I are more on the chill side, but we love to cook, craft and more than happy to host people if we get a heads up beforehand! We always make sure to keep the apartment decorated to make it as homey as possible. I also lived here over summer 2025 and had a great time.
The room we’re looking to fill is currently furnished, but if we are given notice we can connect you with the girl who is currently living in the room to see if you can buy any of the furniture off of her since some was bought from the tenant before us.
We also are looking to sublease my roommate’s room for Spring 2027, so if you know anyone in need of a room for that semester, please let us know!
