You will be living with two other roommates, all of which have their own bedroom and bathroom. You would be living with my roommate Monika who is super nice and friendly, and we are also currently finding a full-year roommate (if you know anyone who is searching, please feel free to have them reach out)!
Rent is cheap! Currently at $575 a month including utilities, and a working internet setup at a low cost.
It is a quiet off-campus apartment, 5 minute drive away and the Elon Express comes frequently.
The apartment also has a ton of amazing amenities, like:
- in-unit washer and dryer
- all utilities (except for WiFi) included in the rent
- newly replaced refrigerator and AC unit
- free parking
- sunroom with plenty of light
- easily accessible management/landlord (truly the easiest to work with)
