COMPENSATION:
$51-$78 PER HOUR
Plus, 72.5 cents per mile

OVERVIEW:
Territory: the PT would primarily be less than 30 miles from their home
Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8a-5p / Flexible
Our therapy team currently consists of 8 PTs, 3 OTs, and 5 PTAs. PTAs are paired up with a primary PT who helps provide visits. Daily schedules are determined by the clinician with support and coordination with our staffing facilitator in the home health office.
We expect all new staff to report to the office while they are in orientation and for a brief period after orientation once determined they can be independent. After that time, they are allowed to conduct their daily operations from home.
We see a wide variety of patient diagnoses
Patient population for therapy is typically adult only.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Doctor of Physical Therapy
NEW GRADS and all levels of experience are welcome – we provide training/mentorship
California licensure can be obtained after an offer is presented
