Hello Animal Lovers! Yes, I’m talking to you! Oh, you also love floating in a pool? Even better! We are searching for someone available to stay in our home from June 5 to June 20 to care for our two dogs, three cats, and ten chickens. Pay for the two weeks is $1,000.
Care is pretty simple: the cats and dogs need to be fed twice a day, and one dog also gets medicine at feeding time. Their water fountain needs to be refilled every 2-3 days. The dogs need a 20 minute walk ~3 times a week. The chickens need to be fed, watered and have their eggs gathered every 2-3 days. And they need some pets and snuggles! The rest of the time is yours to do as you please–you can of course come and go as you would in your normal life from your own home.
We live in a peaceful rural area on 1.5 acres of land with a big back porch. We have a lovely large living room with lots of streaming services. We have a decent size above ground pool. You are welcome to have a reasonable number of guests over (~4-6). We are about 30 minutes from Elon, 20 minutes from Graham, 20 minutes from Carborro, 20 minutes from Pittsboro and 5 minutes from the very cute town of Saxapahaw.
