One to two person lease takeover for Fall 2026 ($710 per person)

Hi everyone!! My roommates and I are living in the Phoenix Apartments (less than 5 minutes from campus) for the 2026-27 school year. We are all going abroad in the fall of 2026 and are looking for people to sublet our homes while we are away. It is a 3-bedroom/ 3 bathroom (2 rooms left) on the first floor.

Each room has its own walk-in closet and private bathroom, mattress, bed frame, dresser, desk, and some furniture. It has a nice living room, kitchen, and washer and dryer!
