Oaks four person apartment available for Winter and Spring 2027

Hi! I’m looking for someone to take over my room for Winter and Spring 2027 in Oaks D. My roommates and I are all going abroad next semester and during Winter Term. The apartment has a full-service kitchen and laundry room. You would have a single bedroom and would share a bathroom with one other person. Please contact me if you are interested! We are all planning on not renewing our lease after going abroad, so it is an option to live here for the next academic year.

• The apartment includes:
• Four single bedrooms
• Two bathrooms
• Common room
• Full Kitchen (Dishwasher, Refrigerator/freezer, garbage disposal)
• Laundry in unit (Washer/dryer)

There is also an elevator and stair access, and you will get a single bedroom and share a bathroom with one person.

Furniture included:

• Common room: Two armchairs, couch, coffee table, TV stand, and side table
• Kitchen: Table and four chairs
• Bedroom: Bed frame, mattress, dresser, desk, and side table
