Scott Gaylord examines Greece v. Galloway Supreme Court case in Constitution Center article

The article, titled, “How will the court resolve the ‘problem’ of sectarian legislative prayer?” reviews prior Supreme Court decisions that set precedent for the Town of Greece v. Galloway case now before the Court. In the article, Gaylord analyses commentary of the Supreme Court justices during oral argument heard before the court on November 6.  Based on his analysis of oral argument and prior court decisions, Gaylord details four reasons he expects the Court to rule in favor of Town of Greece.

Gaylord is the author of a Greece v. Galloway amicus curiae brief filed with the U.S. Supreme Court on behalf of several county commissions in states across the country. He has provided public analysis of the case for several national and regional news programs.
