Music professor Victoria Fischer Faw serves as President-Elect and Conference Chair of the 59th Annual conference of the North Carolina Music Teachers Association October 5-7, 2017. 

Victoria Fischer Faw, professor of music at Elon, has been named president-elect of the N.C. Music Teachers Association.  

Senior Lumen Scholar Wesley Rose has been accepted into the Jacobs School of Music at Indiana University, Bloomington, to pursue a doctorate degree in musicology.
