Response Ability Workshop

This is a Tier 1 workshop. the Response Ability workshop provides a foundation for understanding the social phenonmenon called "bystander behavior" and teaches you the necessary skills to intervene and live a virtous life. Located in The Isabella Cannon room.

This is a Tier 1 Retreat. The identity mini-retreat allows for the opportunity to engage in dialogue, reflection, and training in hopes to help you understand yourself and gain an insight into your privilege/oppression, prejudice, discrimination and stereotypes. Located in Oaks 212.

Team Performace Workshop

This is a Tier II workshop. The Team Performance workshop focuses on critical elements associated with high performing teams, how high performing teams work and building knowledge in what should be the focus. Located in Moseley 215. 

TAIS Debrief Workshop

December 3, 2013

This is a Tier III workshop. All participants are asked to complete the online TAIS inventory before attending the TAIS debreifing workshop, where you will receive an interpretation of your results. These results will assist in the personal change process. If you do not complete the TAIS inventory prior to the workshop you will be asked to reschedule for a later date.

TAIS is a high-quality test that is provided for Tier III members free of charge. If you take the test and do not complete the debriefing workshop with Dean Waters you will be charged $40.00 due to the Center for leadership. The TAIS inventory can be completed online and instructions can be found on Moddle.

Cross Cultural Leadership Workshop

This is a Tier III retreat.

Culture is more often a source of conflict rather than synergy. Despite the evidence that groups are different, we tend to believe that all people are the same, minimizing cultural difference leading to misunderstanding and minsinterpretations. The Cross Cultural Leadership workshop sheds light on these differences as well as similarities and provides you with an understanding of other cultures and how to behave when individuals or groups outside of your culture.

 Located in Moseley 215.
