Susan Wise, Coordinator for Disabilities Services, attended the national AHEAD conference in Seattle, Washington, July 11-16, 2010. AHEAD or Association on Higher Education and Disability has delivered quality training to higher education personnel through conferences, workshops, publications and consultation since 1977. AHEAD members represent a diverse network of professionals who actively address disability issues on their campuses and in the field of higher education.

Becky Olive-Taylor's essay, "We Are Known by the Company We Keep," was accepted for publication in the December edition of Academic Advising Today. This juried quarterly electronic publication is directed to practicing advisors and advising administrators.
