Since 2008, Elon University students have participated in the Los Angeles program through Study USA and National Campus Programs.

The Mid-Level Professionals Institute (MLPI) 2025-26 cohort launched their year with a two-day summer retreat in June focused on the theme “Learning Toward: Leadership & Followship.”

Held from June 24 to August 11 across more than 30 locations nationwide, Summer Welcome Events help incoming students and their families connect with each other and build early ties to the Elon community.

The Brockman-Campbell Book Award is one of North Carolina’s most prestigious poetry honors, recognizing outstanding book-length poetry collections by North Carolina state residents.

Taylor Casey ’16 secured a $50K NC IDEA Seed Grant for Kahmino, her neighborhood-matching startup, with support from Elon mentors, fueling plans for nationwide expansion.

The assistant professor of communication design presented her findings at the 75th Annual Conference of the International Communication Association (ICA) in Denver.

The Elon alumnus makes his directorial debut with “Crusty Fouler,” a psychological drama he wrote, directed and starred in after years of trying to break into the film industry. The film will premiere on Tuesday, June 24, at the Dances With Films festival in Los Angeles.
