Voices of Discovery lecture to focus on nanotechnology – Nov. 9

Kimberly Jones, an engineering professor from Howard University who specializes in nanotechnology with an emphasis on biomedical and environmental applications, will deliver a Voices of Discovery lecture at 7:30 p.m., Monday, Nov. 9, in McCrary Theatre.

“Kiss Me, Kate” premieres onstage – Oct. 29

The Department of Performing Arts returns to the stage this weekend with its production of the award-winning Broadway musical Kiss Me, Kate, which tells the story of two feuding romantic couples during a touring production of Shakespeare's The Taming of the Shrew. The show runs Oct. 29-31 and Nov. 6-8.

Carolina Classic Mock Trial Tournament draws top teams to Elon

Every room in the Koury Business Center was filled over Fall Break weekend for Elon’s 3rd annual Carolina Classic Mock Trial Tournament featuring 24 undergraduate teams from 16 universities, including Duke University, the University of North Carolina, Furman University and two-time national champion University of Virginia.
