Becky Neiduski, who joined Elon earlier this year as head of the School of Health Sciences, was honored earlier this month. 

Danielle Golinski is assistant director of career services for the Love School of Business. 

Holly Hodge, director of interior design at Elon, was recognized for her work at the association's recent annual meeting. 

Nominations are being accepted through Nov. 4 for the annual awards sponsored by the Young Alumni Council that honor deserving alumni who have graduated within the past decade. 

Four professors will work on projects that explore partnerships between students and faculty through dance technique, investigating the effects of learning with nature as a source, and experimenting with different teaching methods in the same course.

Paula Weller, Linda Poulson and Brian Nienhaus won second place for their co-authored accounting case.

Victoria Del Gaizo Moore, associate professor of chemistry, was appointed to the Education and Professional Development committee for the American Society of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology in September.  

The Gerald Francis Outstanding Faculty Member of the Year is awarded by the Student Government Association (SGA) Academic Council to recognize a faculty member who exemplifies excellence within teaching and mentoring.

Music professor Victoria Fischer Faw serves as President-Elect and Conference Chair of the 59th Annual conference of the North Carolina Music Teachers Association October 5-7, 2017. 

Jennifer Mencarini in the Office of Career & Student Development is among 45 emerging business, education, and civic leaders taking part in Leadership Greensboro's Class of 2018.
