Smaraki Mohanty, assistant professor of marketing at Elon University, received the Best Overall Paper and Best in Track Paper awards at the American Marketing Association Summer Academic Conference in Boston.

The 2025 edition of "The Best 390 Colleges" guide also recognizes Elon's career services, performing arts productions, residential facilities and dining options.

PreLaw Magazine gives Elon University School of Law an A+ in its 2024 back-to-school edition highlighting schools “committed to fostering women in leadership, showcasing their efforts to creative inclusive and supportive environments.”

Seven Elon University faculty members were honored with endowed professorships during the Opening Day ceremony on Monday, Aug. 19. Each faculty member was recognized for their passion in their field, commitment to students and service to the university.

Elon President Connie Ledoux Book presented the medallion to three longtime leaders at the university in academics, athletics and community engagement during an event marking the start of a new academic year. The university also recognized three named professorships during the event.
