Elon University is featuring a variety of photos every month to highlight the exceptional learning, work and activities of students, faculty and staff.

Higher education professionals from across the region are invited to a program at Elon University that will feature plenary remarks and discussions on mentoring, belonging and the future of student affairs.

Hosted on Halloween, the annual Pumpkin Festival welcomed trick-or-treaters to the event for the first time.

Former U.S. Interior Secretary and REI CEO Sally Jewell joined Elon University President Connie Ledoux Book in LaRose Digital Theatre on Oct. 30, 2025, for a conversation on leadership, ethics and business as a force for good.

During the event, small groups of students meet with community volunteers to discuss topics surrounding end-of-life care. Each participant first reflects individually, then joins their group in open, heartfelt dialogue.
