The Team Performance workshop focuses on critical elements associated with high performing teams, how high performing teams work and building knowledge in what should be the focus.         

The Attentional and Interpersonal Style (TAIS) inventory measures variables of composure, concentration, and confidence so that you can better understand, predict, and improve your performance. 

The Transformative Leadership workshop prepares you for the next phase of your leadership journey by calling you to action while providing you with the tools to be successful.

The Leaving Your Legacy workshop is intended for those who have decided to purpose a Common Good Project as one of their options for completing Tier III, which will allow you to leave a legacy encapsulating yourself, collaboration, and change by applying them to a greater purpose.

The North Carolina Court of Appeals will hold proceedings in the Robert E. Long Courtroom at Elon Law on Tuesday, Feb. 3, followed by a discussion with Elon Law students and a reception with judges and members of the legal community.
