Over the past two years, Elon University senior and Lumen Prize recipient Michelle Nussbaum has used a top award for undergraduate research to pinpoint the reasons many older readers find comfort in novels written for adolescent audiences.

Special Olympics of Alamance County, in partnership with Elon Volunteers!, hosted its annual Spring Games at Belk Track on May 2 with participation by hundreds of regional athletes.

The American Bar Association Center for Racial and Ethnic Diversity and the ABA Young Lawyers Division announced on May 17 that Elon Law’s student-led Diversity Week won first place in the annual Next Steps Diversity Challenge.

When Toorialey Fazly ’14 left Afghanistan in 2010 to come to Elon, he was expecting the experience to be uneventful. What Fazly, who graduates this spring from the university, found instead transformed his life.
