Alumni of the Elon University program produced a film about problems with getting health care to people in India, triggering a series of events that culminated with the August grand opening of a new training center for health workers in one of India’s poorest regions.

Representatives from Kaplan Test Prep will be available to answer student questions about the MCAT, DAT and the PCAT and to offer testing tips and strategies to maximize test performance.  Free student materials will be available for students attending.  

The Elon community is invited to join Elon Hillel to celebrate and observe the Jewish holiday of Rosh HaShanah, the Jewish New Year, which begins the evening of Sept. 4, and is observed for one or two days, depending on family tradition.

Dine at Acorn Coffee Shop from Sept. 9-13 and 10% of all Food Dollar, Cash and Credit Sales will go to Campus Kitchen (CKEU).

The Study USA office will offer several information sessions for our summer and semester programs in Alaska, Los Angeles, New York City and Washington, D.C. through Nov. 1.
