Twenty-five students in Assistant Professor Laurin Kier's class are blogging about an assignment that honors school shooting victims in Newtown, Conn.

LifeSpan Circle School will be sponsoring our 6th annual Junior Olympics on May 17, 2013 (rain date May 31, 2013.)  The Olympics begin at 2:30 p.m. with a parade of the athletes and opening ceremony.  After the games, each child will be given a medal and certificate.  

Alamance Citizens for Education (ACE) is hosting an upcoming event and need two or three students who would be interested in volunteering to provide child care on Monday, April 15 from 6:15 p.m. to 7:45 p.m. at Graham Presbyterian Church in Graham, N.C.

With help from the Truitt Center for Religious and Spiritual Life, dozens of Elon students filled Young Commons with color to commemorate the Hindu festival of Holi.

Alumni Gym will be the site of Elon's annual student career networking event.
