On March 1, the Elon community around the world will celebrate Elon Day, the university’s annual day of giving.

Established in 2018 in recognition of Paul Parsons' 17 years of service as founding dean of the School of Communications, the scholarship is awarded to rising seniors with a strong academic record.

Taylor, development writer in University Advancement, passed away Thursday, Jan. 6, after battling illness for several months.

The long-time, generous Elon parent passed away Saturday, Dec. 11, at the age of 88.

To honor their late son Joey, Elon parents Mike and Karen Brocato P’16 have endowed a Teaching Fellows scholarship to support students studying special education. Their gift to the Elon LEADS Campaign will also create a second Teaching Fellows scholarship for students pursuing teaching in a STEM field.

The Elon community remembers the life and legacy of Jo Watts Williams ’55, who dedicated 75 years to the university she loved.

The panel discussion on Nov. 8 in Brooklyn included how to switch pace from full-time employment to independent consultancy and other topics.

The generous estate gift from The Rev. Joyce Myers-Brown ’59 of Atlanta will deepen funding for a scholarship she established in 2011 to increase access to global study. The gift is part of A Will to Lead, a special initiative of the Elon LEADS Campaign to encourage donors to include the university in their estate plans.
