Five full-time faculty members with strong professional and educational backgrounds joined the ranks of teacher-scholars in the School of Communications in fall 2016.

Participants in the first Global Neighborhood House dinner modeled civil discourse while talking about contentious issues.

Associate Professor Phillip Motley co-edited a special issue of Arts and Humanities in Higher Education, examining the use of critique in arts and humanities programs.

Elon University earns 33 badges for excellence in rankings based on the outcomes of a college education. The rankings were published Sept. 8 by USA Today and College Factual.

Google vice president and Internet pioneer Vint Cerf will give a talk about the future of the Internet and the "Internet of Things" at Elon on Sept. 30. He will also be honored for nearly 50 years of Internet leadership as Elon's Imagining the Internet Center will award him its first Areté Medallion.
