Seventy-four high school seniors interested in studying communications visited Elon University during Fellows Weekend from March 6-7, 2015. Following a competitive selection progress, 25 students will be named 2015 Communications Fellows. 

While most people in the latest Elon University Poll approved of police officers wearing body cameras, when respondents were asked whether the video footage itself should be made available for public inspection, patterns started to vary based on political ideology and race.

The 2015 Nashville Film Festival celebrates "That Other Crazy Thing You Do," a short narrative film written by Elon University graduate Michelle Leibel ’14. 

During the last year, Elon University graduate Alex Hadden ’13 has worked on a documentary, titled “BRAND: A Second Coming," that features entertainment personality Russell Brand. The film will have its world premiere March 13 at South by Southwest in Austin, Texas.

Alice Su, a young journalist based in Amman, Jordan, will present an on-campus lecture on Thursday, March 12, at 4:15 p.m. The event will be held in the McEwen Communications Building, room 011.
