The students join a global community of Fellows charged with increasing campus engagement with innovation, entrepreneurship, design thinking and creativity.

Craig Dubitsky, founder of eos products and hello products, offered insights into what has driven his business ventures during the 2017 C. Ashton Newhall Endowed Lecture at Elon on Tuesday, Oct. 24. 

The Nov. 1 Idea Pitch Launch Event will mark the beginning of the 2017-18 Elon Innovation Challenge. 

Serial entrepreneur Craig Dubitsky will discuss challenging the status quo to disrupt markets in a presentation hosted by the Doherty Center for Creativity, Innovation and Entrepreneurship.

Donors and members of the Elon community came together Friday, Oct. 6, to dedicate the site for Sankey Hall and sign a steel plate to be put into place and remain visible once the building is complete. 

The Doherty Center for Creativity, Innovation and Entrepreneurship invites participation by students in all Elon University academic programs.

Doherty Emerging Professor of Entrepreneurship Sean McMahon and Elon alumna Laura Orr ’16 researched if readers of popular business books perceived the books to be sources of authoritative information, compared to their actual quality.

Elon President Leo M. Lambert presented the medallion to five retired faculty and staff members for their meritorious service to the university during an event marking the start of a new academic year. The university also recognized four endowed professorships and two longtime professors were named Distinguished University Professors. 

Ashton Newhall '98, a former trustee and the sponsor of the C. Ashton Newhall Endowed Lecture at the Love School of Business, has received the annual entrepreneurial recognition from Ernst & Young. 

Elon students joined students from local universities for a clinic focused on helping local companies improve their environmental and social impact.
