Elon LEADS

The generous gift from Elon Trustee Vicky Hunt and her husband, Sam Hunt, will provide life-changing opportunities for generations of Elon students. This gift pushes the Elon LEADS Campaign past the $200 million mark toward the $250 million goal.

The late Beth Powell, an entrepreneur and world traveler, has created a legacy that will help women studying business at the university. Her estate gift to the Elon LEADS Campaign creates 12 Business Fellows scholarships and a Global Studies Scholarship.

The special fundraising effort to increase scholarship support has helped nearly 100 students whose families were impacted by COVID-19.

The lead gift, among the largest ever given to Elon, by Furman ‘56 and Susan Moseley will name IQ One and marks a significant step forward in the launch of facilities that will house Elon’s engineering and STEM programs.
