Elon University’s schools of law and health sciences hosted a forum about the intricacies of determining individual “capacity” in legal and medical contexts.  

Bill Andrews, PT, EdD, NCS, an associate professor in the Department of Physical Therapy Education, has co-authored an article published in the latest issue of the Journal of Physical Therapy Science. 

On Tuesday, Oct. 1, Dr. Stephen Messier from Wake Forest University was invited to give a research talk for first year Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) students.

The  Department of Physical Therapy Education will once again be offering a continuing education course "free" (with advanced registration) to our alumni and clinical instructors on Dec. 2-3.

Fifty-three first-year Doctor of Physical Therapy students joined 20 elementary children on July 15 and July 18 for fun and physical activity as part of Elon’s Summer Learning and Enrichment Academy.

Several Elon faculty members in the Physician Assistant Studies program will represent the department this fall with published research and presentations at a national forum.
