The Elon LEADS Campaign made stops in five cities this fall, bringing together alumni, parents and friends across the nation to hear about the profound impact donors to the campaign have made on Elon students and the future of the university.

The adjunct faculty member in the Elon in Los Angeles program directed the new project set to debut in 700-plus theaters nationwide.

The EmployHER retreat on Sept. 24 brought together current students interning in the Elon in Los Angeles program and LA-based alumnae for lively discussions and workshops designed to uplift women professionals.

The film is part of a North Carolina shorts category and will be screened in person on Wednesday, May 12, and virtually on Thursday, May 13.

The Sunday, Feb. 28, event will include a panel featuring Black alumni who will lead a discussion on the depictions of the Black community in television and film.

After watching an episode of “Roswell, New Mexico” she directed, Raimist spoke to students on Jan. 18 regarding her work in television, how she got her start, and what it is like to direct during a pandemic.

The head of development at FBE was recognized for her contributions to the television industry, as well as Elon University initiatives, during an Oct. 13 virtual ceremony held in conjunction with Homecoming & Reunion Week.
