Elon Law’s Entrepreneurship Speaker Series kicked off on Sept. 10, welcoming entrepreneurs, law students and others to an event entitled “How to Choose the Best Business Structure for Your Company.” Speakers included Elon Law Professor John Flynn, attorney Greg Chabon and law student Gonzalo Ventura.

Intramural Moot Court Competition – Sept. 21

Each fall, the Moot Court Board invites rising 2L and 3L students at Elon Law to compete in the Intramural Moot Court Competition. This year's competition takes place Sept. 21, Sept. 24 and Oct. 1. 

Lawyer on the Line CLE – Sept. 11

Representatives from Legal Aid of North Carolina and the North Carolina Justice Center will present on the Lawyer on the Line pro bono program for Elon Law students and a Continuing Legal Education (CLE) presentation on expunction laws in N.C. and the need for reentry advocacy. This event is open to attorneys, Elon Law students and members of the Elon community.  It will take place in Room 207 at Elon Law, from 3 to 5:30 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 11.
