In this week’s Elon Law Now faculty commentary series, Elon Law Dean Luke Bierman supports a landmark ruling on pension protection by the Illinois Supreme Court and calls for creative thinking on a national scale to ensure fair and effective state budget solutions.

Elon Law student Meghan Williford has been recognized by the North Carolina Association of Women Attorneys (NCAWA) with their annual award named in honor of retired Chief Justice Sarah Parker of the Supreme Court of North Carolina. 

Elon Law's sixth annual Billings, Exum & Frye National Moot Court Competition will take place Thursday, March 31 through Saturday, April 2, 2016.
