Elon Law and MBA students met with top business and law leaders in Singapore and Vietnam through a collaborative international business course.

Due to road conditions, Elon Law announces the following delayed schedule for Wednesday, Feb. 18. 

Elon Law's Feb. 27 Open House will take place as scheduled, beginning at 2 pm. We welcome all individuals considering law school and their guests to experience Elon Law by attending the Open House. For those unable to attend due to weather conditions, we hope you will visit us for additional Open Houses and Admitted Student Days planned for March and April. 

Contributors to the fourth issue of the online Journal of Leadership and the Law report on law students working creatively to disrupt, innovate and lead in the legal profession. 

Elon Law Professor Michael Rich explored the implications of new technology in the identification of likely criminals at the 2015 Association of American Law Schools (AALS) Annual Meeting.

Elon Law Professor Heather Scavone examines U.S. justifications for family detention of immigrant women and children, spotlighting a lack of legal representation for these families, as part the “Elon Law Now” series of faculty analysis and commentary about current legal issues. 

Elon Law is on The National Jurist's 2015 honor roll of best law schools for practical training.

Judges Rick Elmore, Mark Davis and John M. Tyson heard oral arguments in two cases before the North Carolina Court of Appeals at Elon Law, Feb. 3, in the Robert E. Long Courtroom.

Elon Law Dean Luke Bierman writes in the inaugural issue of the Journal of Experiential Learning about reinventing legal education to prepare lawyers for success in a world moving rapidly toward 22nd century thought and practice.

"Germany and China: Transnational Encounters since the Eighteenth Century" includes chapters Crowe authored, including one that was co-written by an Elon  alumna who recently completed graduate work at Columbia University.
