Elon Law Professor Antonette Barilla recently presented scholarship at regional and international conferences on the benefits of classical instruction in rhetoric within legal education and on teaching techniques for increasingly diverse graduate program classrooms.

The North Carolina Court of Appeals will hold proceedings in the Robert E. Long Courtroom at Elon Law on Tuesday, Feb. 3, followed by a discussion with Elon Law students and a reception with judges and members of the legal community.

This tax season dozens of certified members of the student run Tax Law Interest Group at Elon Law will be working with AARP Foundation Tax-Aide to run a free tax clinic available to the Greensboro community at large. The clinic will be making tax help available at no cost to low- and moderate-income taxpayers, especially those 60 years of age and older, for the fourth time since 2012.
