Elon Law invites preceptors and other guests from the legal community to socialize with Elon Law students, faculty and administrators on Monday, November 10, 2014 at 5:30 p.m.

Elon Law Professor Henry Gabriel recently published scholarship and presented internationally on topics that address the regional harmonization of trade law, agricultural development and the future of international trade law.

Mackenzie Myers and Joshua Bonney won the final round of Elon Law’s Seventh Annual Intramural Moot Court Competition. Jaclyn Maffetore and Anne Evangelista were the first-runner up team. Evangelista was also named “Best Oralist from the Final Round.” Nickie Young was named “Best Oralist from the Preliminary Rounds.” The team of Megan Boorsma and Marissa Kuzbyt took “Best Brief” honors.

On Friday, Nov. 7, 2014, from 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., at Elon Law - 201 N. Greene St., Greensboro, N.C., the Elon Law Review will host a symposium on media, regulatory and labor issues in college sports.

On Saturday, October 18, 2014, f rom 10 am to 2 pm, at Elon University School of Law, 201 North Greene Street, in Greensboro, North Carolina, "Ask a Lawyer Day" will allow members of the Greensboro community to speak with a lawyer about the legal questions they may have, and no fee is charged.
