Elon University earns 34 badges for excellence in rankings based on the outcomes of a college education. Five academic programs are ranked in the top 5 percent nationwide.

For those not on campus or outside the area as Hurricane Florence approaches, here is a list of various resources to help track how the storm is impacting Elon. 

Elon is recognized for excellence in all eight high-impact curricular and co-curricular academic programs highlighted in the nation’s top-selling college guide.

Elon is the top-ranked master’s university in the South and the #1 university for teaching and innovation.​

Elon University office opened on a normal schedule Monday morning and all classes are scheduled to resume on Tuesday morning. Please read this note for further details.

The 1,690 members of the Class of 2022 were met by hundreds from the Elon University community to help them settle into their new homes and begin their academic careers at the university. 

A section of East Haggard Avenue that runs through campus will be closed for move-in traffic only from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Friday, Aug. 24. Read this note for a link to the move-in day map. 

Eighteen members of the Class of 2022 spent nearly a week working with local nonprofit groups to learn about the surrounding community.
