The Student Government Association held its 21st annual Organization Awards and Inauguration Ceremony on Tuesday, March 29 in McKinnon Hall.

 The SGA Budget Committee  considered over  80 student organization budget requests  during annual budget hearings March 6-9 . The  SGA Budget Committee submitted the recommended allocations to the Senate on March 10 , and  the budget was passed. 

Students to vote on amendments to SGA Constitution during general elections on March 1 & 2.

Jordan Burnham, a survivor of a suicide attempt whose story on ESPN was nominated for an Emmy Award, will visit Elon University to talk with students about the stigma surrounding mental illness.

All qualified students are encouraged to consider running for a Student Government Association posititon. Open to all students and candidiates  are not required to be a current member of the Senate or Executive officer. 

A fall semester “Garden Studio” course organized a Friday afternoon of food and festivities in the Elon Community Garden to celebrate the season.
