President Connie Ledoux Book says Elon will take several steps following a political caravan that drove through campus on Sept. 19, 2020

Students, faculty and staff took time to promote unity and hope for the future as they shared encouraging messages on display boards lining East Haggard Avenue on Wednesday.

The road through the center of Elon's campus will be closed from 9 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 3, through 7 a.m. on Thursday, Nov. 5.

In his message to the campus community, Dooley offers information about new events planned following Tuesday's election and an overview of other opportunities for members of the campus community.

The journalism major will investigate climate injustice in Robeson County, examining a region devastated by two hurricanes in recent years.

This is the next profile in "Elon Connected," a new series that highlights how students are involved with campus organizations at Elon.
