The Winter Term course for first-year Business Fellows at Elon includes a global engagement piece with site visits in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. 

Two Elon Law classes traveled overseas in December to witness firsthand the many opportunities - and complexities - of practicing international law and working in intellectual property.

More than 1,100 students, faculty and staff are participating this month in 44 programs on six continents. 

Students in the Wilderness and Adventure Therapy course embarked on a global education experience in Peru to hike and camp on the Inca trail during the week of Thanksgiving break. 

The teams will be in the country Nov. 18-27 competing and participating in an oversears learning experience. 

The annual ranking by the Institute of International Education recognizes Elon for sending more students abroad than any other master's-level university in the nation.

Through "Keizai in Kansai: Business and Culture in Japan," a group of nine Elon students studied the Japanese economy up close for nearly a month. 

The 2017 edition of “The Best 381 Colleges” guide recognizes Elon’s study abroad, career services, performing arts and several other programs.

The assistant dean of global education and associate professor of music and education was an invited panelist for jazz education.
