I have a house near The Station at Mill Point and my current roommate will be graduating this Spring. I am a male junior and will be a senior next year.
You would have your own bedroom. The house has a kitchen, living room, bathroom, and additional extra bedroom. There is also a deck in the backyard.
Rent is $750/m plus utilities, which tend to be about $180/m, but will be close to $0 in the summer.
Driveway has room for parking with two cars.
