I am in the process of closing on a house and am looking for someone to take over my 2BR/2BA first-floor apartment (1170 sq. ft) at the Reserve at Greenwood in Greensboro in late May/early June. It’s about a 30-minute drive to Elon and is close to Route I-840/Urban Loop, Country Park, and about 10 minutes from downtown.
You would need to qualify for the apartment through the management company and would sign a full 12-month lease. This complex seems to be in demand, and this guarantees you a unit (if you qualify). I cannot commit to anything until our home closes at the end of April, but once that is done, we can connect you with the management company. It will help us avoid paying a lease break fee.
